Holton Direct Care is proud to offer medical piercing services. We use the Blomdahl Medical Ear Piercing System, a professional option available only to licensed medical doctors. The earrings we use are either 100% medical plastic or medical-grade titanium, which removes the risk of nickel allergy—a common problem with many piercings. All components that touch your skin are sterile and single-use, providing the highest level of protection against transmissible infections. Our components are certified by the FDA in the same way as other medical surgical devices (think artificial joints, heart valves, and similar implants), which lets us assure sterility and the lowest possible risk of allergic reaction. Medical-grade piercing equipment and materials are not available at salons, spas, or parlors, so our clinic provides a safer, medically supervised alternative for your piercing needs.
